Adem\u00e1s incrementa la ductilidad y absorci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda como tambi\u00e9n la resistencia al impacto, al desprendimiento, sin afectar los tiempos de fraguado. Las fibras sint\u00e9ticas FIBRAPLAS CONCRETE\u00ae cumplen con<br \/>la norma ASTM C-1116, C-1399-10. C 1609-12, EFNARC14488-5, y Concrete society Report TR 34 (Syntetic Fiber \u2013Reinforced Concrete and Shotcrete). Especificaci\u00f3n para concreto y concreto lanzado reforzado con fibra.El concreto reforzado con FIBRAPLAS CONCRETE\u00ae tiene un reforzamiento tridimensional con incremento de la tenacidad a la flexi\u00f3n, la resistencia a la abrasi\u00f3n y al impacto. Tambi\u00e9n ayuda a reducir la formaci\u00f3n de fisuras por retracci\u00f3n pl\u00e1stica en el concreto<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2f6916 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d2f6916\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">CARACTERISTICAS TECNICAS<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1ef942 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b1ef942\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>DOSIFICACI\u00d3N<br>La macrofibra sint\u00e9tica FIBRAPLAS CONCRETE\u00ae puede ser adicionada al concreto en un rango entre 2.4 &#8211; 8.0 kg\/m3 dependiendo de la aplicaci\u00f3n y requerimientos del dise\u00f1o de mezcla para remplazar la malla electrosoldada en una aplicaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica. Es importante consultar previamente al Departamento T\u00e9cnico para confirmar la dosificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s apropiada.<\/p><p>APLICACION<\/p><p>Se pueden adicionar a la mezcla de concreto en cualquier\nmomento antes de la colocaci\u00f3n del concreto.\nGeneralmente se recomienda adicionar la fibra en la\nplanta de producci\u00f3n del concreto.\nEn obra se retira el empaque de los conos de FIBRAPLAS\nCONCRETE\u00ae y se almacena temporalmente en cajas, para\nluego aplicar manualmente a la tolva de la mixer en el\nconcreto o el mortero. Si la presentaci\u00f3n es en conos con\nempaque hidrosoluble, se aplica directamente desde la\ncaja. Se procura que la fibra se esparza en la tolva del\ncami\u00f3n, o en la mezcladora de obra.
